
Donna Nagey Robertson is a native of Indiana, Pennsylvania where she received her early musical training. A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and the Eastman School of Music, Mrs. Robertson is professor emerita at Mars Hill College where she served as college organist and taught theory, composition and other related courses.
As an organist she has concertized in South eastern United States and Europe and served many churches in Western North Carolina. She is also in demand as an accompanist and chamber pianist.
Mrs. Robertson is a published composer whose works have been widely commissioned and performed at many festivals. She was on the founding board for the International League of Women Composers and was a founder of the former Mars Hill-Hinshaw choral series. Mrs. Robertson lives in Mars Hill, NC where she continues her professional activities.
